Are all your products we see online available in stores?

Are the online special offers available in-store?

Yes, all online promotions run in conjunction with our in-store promotions. Visit any of our locations to explore exclusive in-store promotions, factory specials, and clearance deals for an enhanced shopping experience.

My order is arriving soon and I’m not ready to receive it, what can I do?

We understand that you may not be ready to receive your furniture because you have a delayed move-in date or a delayed renovation. We will gladly hold your furniture in our warehouse for 30 days. When our Status Department calls you to schedule delivery, explain your situation and they will try their best to accommodate you.

It has been longer than my estimated lead time and I still haven’t been notified that my order has arrived in the warehouse, what can I do?

We know you are anxiously waiting for your furniture and our goal is to deliver it to you within the timeframe you were quoted at the time of purchase. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. To check on your order's status, please contact our Status Department. Reach out via email or call us at 416-667-1150 and ask for the Status Department.

Do you offer financing, and can I finance my online order?

The Chesterfield Shop is partnered with Fairstone Financial Inc., an outside company offering different options for financing. We don’t currently offer financing options for any online orders, but you can visit any of our 6 locations and fill out a financing form, and receive approval in just minutes. How do I know my sofa will fit into my space?

Before you order, be certain to measure the entryway to your home and any doorways, elevators, narrow hallways, basement steps and landings your furniture will pass through. Read our blog for tips on how to measure.

The Chesterfield Shop offers a Complimentary Check-Measure Service where our drivers will come to your house prior to your purchase and measure the tight areas to make certain your furniture will fit. This service is at no additional cost, and will be provided once you purchase in-store before the order is processed.

I am an Interior Designer/Decorator, do you offer any special discounts?

We do have a Registered Designer/Decorator program that we offer to the Trade. Please come into any one of our 6 locations and ask to register for the program. Alternatively, you can email us at and ask for the form to fill out digitally and send it back to us.

How do I use/apply my Interior Designer/Decorator discount?

Once you are added to our system as a Registered Designer/Decorator, discounts can be applied at the time of purchase and in-store only.

Does The Chesterfield Shop offer a warranty on their seating?

We are proud to offer our customers an exclusive complimentary comprehensive 5-Year Warranty. Your invoice is proof of your warranty, and The Chesterfield Shop will have an online record. Do you offer any type of extended warranty?

The Chesterfield Shop is pleased to be partnered with Zucora Home to offer a 5-year Accidental Stain & Damage Protection plan to our customers. This plan is an additional cost dependant on your purchase and what you choose to protect- furniture, wood, glass and area rugs. I have a service issue, who do I contact?

If you have any service issues with your furniture, please email our Service Department and someone will get back to you within 24-48 business hours. Please provide a detailed description of the issue you’re facing and attach clear photos of the affected areas. Alternatively, you may call us at 416-667-1150 and ask to speak to our Service Department.

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept a variety of payment including Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
