Yes, our website reflects our current inventory, we reserve the right to let you know if items are available in-stock- or by special order. Almost everything can be customized in the fabric or leather of your choice.

Yes. You can login to your account and check updates to your online order under Order Status> Order Updates. If you placed an order in-store, you can also check under Order Status>Contact Us and fill out the form. A representative will get back to you within 24-48 business hours.
We understand that you may not be ready to receive your furniture because you have a delayed move-in date or a delayed renovation. We will gladly hold your furniture in our warehouse for 30 days. When our status department calls you to schedule delivery, explain your situation and they will try their best to accommodate you.
We know you are anxiously awaiting your furniture and our goal is to deliver to you within the timeframe you were quoted at the time of purchase. On occasion, delays occur due to supply chain issues stemming from missing components. This will only be temporary. The Chesterfield Shop will not be held accountable to exact delivery dates until the aftermath of COVID has ended and the factories have caught up. Our status department will update you when your furniture has arrived in our warehouse. The Chesterfield Shop is partnered with Fairstone Financial, an outside company offering different options for financing. We don’t currently offer financing options for any online orders, but you can visit any of our 6 locations and fill out a financing form, and receive approval in just minutes. Please visit our financing program for more information.
We do have a Registered Designer/Decorator program that we offer to the Trade. Please come into any one of our 6 locations and ask to register for the program. Alternatively, you can email us at curella@thechesterfieldshop.com and ask for the form to fill out digitally and send it back to us.

Before you order, be certain to measure the entryway to your home and any doorways, elevators, narrow hallways, basement steps and landings your furniture will pass through. If your furniture doesn’t fit into your home we will not refund your delivery and it is subject to the Items Return Policy.
The Chesterfield Shop offers a Check Measure service where our drivers will come to your house prior to your purchase and measure the tight areas to make certain your furniture will fit. This service is complimentary and will be provided once you purchase in-store before the order gets entered into the system.
We are proud to offer our customers an exclusive complimentary comprehensive 5-year warranty. Your invoice is proof of your warranty, and The Chesterfield Shop will have an online record.
