Bought a fabric Louis 88” in December 2025 Pros: - the staff (across multiple locations) have all been fantastic to work with - there’s always a promotion going on (eg no tax) so please wait until you see that before buying - the delivery guys deserve more than 5/5 stars - they went above and beyond when our condo space was super tight, they had to actually partially disassemble the couch in the hallway then reassemble it again once it was very cautiously moved into our condo. It was helpful to learn the easy mechanism for when we eventually move too - price for the quality is unmatched - solid wood frame assembled in Canada for less than what the big name stores sell engineered wood/made in China couches for. This couch (at least the frame) is going to last forever, can always get new cushions made/reupholstered - lead time - quoted about 8-12 weeks and got the notification it was ready for delivery maybe in 6 weeks. They work with you to find a delivery time that works for you - lots of choices in different styles and sizes (and most styles have tons of customizations like fabric, depth, etc.) Con: - really the only con, but it is something we’re dealing with daily so it’s quite annoying, is that the feathers in the cushions keep poking at us and coming out, at least a few every day. Chesterfield should really consider adding an additional layer of fabric to the cushions to decrease the likelihood of feathers poking out. I would imagine the continuous loss of feathers would also affect the plushness of the cushions over time. - need to rotate/fluff the cushions every so often to keep them looking fresh, otherwise they start looking a bit warped (but this is expected of this style of couch) Update: The Chesterfield Shop was very quick to send me an email to review my concern and address it. They spoke with the factory and are having a new liner made to add to the liner already in place and will send someone to install it once it is ready. I will update my review again once it is installed, but I am very happy to have purchased my couch from Chesterfield. They really go above and beyond to ensure their customers are supported.
