Mississauga

We had a great experience working with our salesperson Amal when purchasing a sofa. She was patient, knowledgeable and provided us with several options without any pressure. We're happy to support a Canadian and are looking forward to our sofa. Thank you !

I just received my couch from Chesterfield Shop today, and wanted to take some time to write a review of every stage of the process. I stepped into the Mississauga Chesterfield Shop after work back in August. I met with Jasmine as my design consultant, and as soon as I mentioned I wanted a pull-out couch that was also a chaise sectional, she knew exactly what to show me. The layout was exactly what I wanted, we spent the next half hour discussing fabric, cushions, arm style, etc. The whole process was seamless and made me feel so at ease. Jasmine did warn me right away that the couch would take 8-10 weeks to arrive. But knowing the couch is fully made in Vaughan with Canadian materials, I was more than willing to spend the time waiting. And upon getting the couch today, it is everything I wanted! Gorgeous colour, so comfortable, and the perfect size and layout. And the delivery was a breeze too. The Chesterfield Shop was easy to work with to set up a delivery. And the delivery team today was quick to communicate timing and they efficiently unloaded and assembled my couch. This whole process has been a dream from start to finish, and if anyone I know needs a sofa in the future, I'll definitely recommend Chesterfield Shop.

The super salesman, David Zworth, and the incredible delivery staff, Christian Mortaro and Mike, make shopping at the Chesterfield Shop a worthwhile experience! The new recliner chair looks great with the couches bought years ago from the same store. Christian and Mike were wonderful and kindly set up the chair in the perfect spot! Impeccable service from purchase to delivery! I highly recommend the Chesterfield Shop.

In our recent experience making a purchase at The Chesterfield Shop, my husband and I can positively recommend Dennis Thomson who is second to none in salesmanship and has full-fledged products information, plus his friendliness and courtesy made us feel comfortable about the purchase.

The Chesterfield Shop had been highly recommended, by a trusted relative, for 2 critical reasons: it is 100% Canadian and sells high quality furniture. This is true! But what made our visit even better was working with Dennis Thomson, Senior Sales Associate at the Mississauga outlet. We were cordially greeted soon after arrival and could wander or talk with Dennis about our needs. There is a lot of furniture in the store so we presented our thoughts to Dennis and the day unfolded extremely well. We spent most of the day there, even taking a lunch break at a restaurant recommended by Dennis, and learned a lot. Dennis’ knowledge is extensive and very useful. His patience never flagged even when we needed to try a piece of furniture for the umpteenth time or see the colour selections multiple times. If you get there, I’m sure all the sales representatives are excellent, but hopefully you’d be helped by Dennis Thompson!

We were met with the sweetest Lady Amal Hamady Who despite our very specific requirements were able to show us suitable products in a very friendly and warm way

Solid Canadian made furniture, spend a bit more and get something that is comfortable and will last a long time. Sandra was the representative we dealt with, she was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and just overall a wonderful person to help us with our sofa purchase! Would highly recommend.

Amal was super patient. She let us take our time, no pressure in making decisions and found something within our budget.

Jasmina was very helpful and answered all our questions. She is a professional consultant and very knowledgable.
