So we had a glitch with our order. The fabric was discontinued, unbeknownst to our person - Amal. Stuff happens. She handled the problem EXACTLY the way it should have been dealt with. She could give a clinic on Customer Service. Thank you for your professionalism.

We had our Sofa purchased at Chesterfield today and we were searching for a good quality sofa which would be durable and we spent over two weeks searching for good sofa in other commercial stores but we weren’t convinced to invest in buying any of those as we weren’t satisfied, but today we happened to try the sofas at chesterfield and we were happy to find good quality sofas and it wasn’t possible without help of Olga . Vanessa Guerrero was beyond helpful and patient as I shopped for a sofa bed. Particularly as I had size restrictions for the sofa bed and I preferred a colour other than beige, cream, grey or brown. The Yonge and Eglinton location has a helpful device that allows shoppers to see furniture pieces in specific fabrics allowing shoppers to see how their item will look with the fabric of their choice. I chose Ultra Suede in Amethyst. Vanessa helpfully included a fabric sample with my order to ensure a colour match when my sofa bed was being manufactured.

I was kept up-to-date during the manufacturing process of the overall timeline and expected delivery. A Saturday delivery was easily arranged. The delivery team was friendly and they worked efficiently and cleared away all packing materials before they left. They made sure that the sofa bed opened and closed as it should. It did! Overall, the manufacturing and delivery was on time and smooth.

It has been one month since my gorgeous Amethyst sofa bed was delivered. Oh my gosh, I LOVE it! From the start of my shopping experience, to a month of relaxing on it in my living room, to it being slept on this past weekend, my experience with The Chesterfield Shop has been extremely positive.
