The Chesterfield Shop carries City-Size™Seating designed to be proportionally beautiful and fit into smaller spaces. Many of the sides and backs of our seating can be removed and reassembled for impossibly tight fits, we try to accommodate all situations.

Complimentary check-measures are available if there’s any doubt- we will do our best to ensure a “no-fit” doesn’t occur. Ask your Sales Associate for full details.

The Chesterfield Shop opened its original location in Toronto’s Junction exclusively selling sofa-beds. Over the past 7 decades, The Chesterfield Shop is family-owned and operated, and has evolved into 6 wonderful locations in the GTA and Newmarket– and sofa-beds are still our thing. They come in all configurations, in sofas and sectionals, with chaises or as a chair-bed, with mattresses ranging from single and full to queen and king. With easy-to-open contract mechanisms, and a large selection of Posturepedic and gel mattress upgrades, there is a comfortable sleeping option for everyone.

Vanessa is a rare individual who has exceptional people skills and is so knowledgeable about what she sells
She listens and gives the customer what they are asking for with no pushy or shortness in her approach
It was a real pleasure dealing with Vanessa and I will reach out to her in the future as she is an old school approach individual which is so rare these days .
I mentioned my price limit I wanted to spend and instead of dismissing me Vanessa said she will try calling
the warehouse and not give up and try to make it happen .
It made me feel good as she really cares about the customer .
You have an amazing sales associate!!
People hear about the bad stuff these days and very little about the good things .

Such a seamless process shopping with the Chesterfield Shop. Leela guided us through the experience, explaining cost differences and product options. My couch arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a wonderful surprise. The delivery crew was also fantastic. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Sofa is great! Delivery was smooth.

There are plenty of floor models to try, and Vanessa was helpful in providing information and guidance regarding the products, without being overbearing. I have not yet received the product I ordered, and will update this review when I do!

I went to the Chesterfield Shop recently to buy a couch for my condo. I worked with Vanessa when I got there. Vanessa was extremely patient and accommodating. I had to go back to the store twice after taking additional measurements at my condo to make sure the couch would fit my space. I eventually had to make some adjustments to the original size of the couch I wanted and Vanessa was so helpful and offered so many solutions on what would fit my space best. I eventually got the same couch I wanted but she re-configured it differently to fit my space. I highly recommend this store and working with Vanessa.

Jane welcomed us very warmly and helped us pick the perfect recliners for my husband and I. She is extremely professional in knowledge and customer service. Fantastic to deal with . Our only complaint was her manager he was quite pushy. Kept interrupting our sale because he wanted her to work faster. That’s not how one should conduct business considering it’s not pennies we were spending. Jane we can’t thank you enough for our experience with YOU!! FYI store was in New Market
