Our last-mile White Glove Delivery spans a huge catch-basin from east to west, north to south, including a vast circumference of cottage country. We will assemble and place your new seating, remove the packaging and take your old piece to the curb.

With over 40,000 square feet of beautiful showroom, including a comprehensive Clearance Section (one-of-a-kinds at marked-down pricing), it’s hard to find a bigger selection of contemporary and modern seating under one roof. The Chesterfield Shop specializes in City-Size™ Seating, manufactured to sit perfectly- and fit perfectly- into condos, apartments, lofts, basements. If your space feels irregular, the elevator is small, the door frames appear narrow or you are concerned about a tight fit, we will have a solution for you.

Additionally, we offer a complimentary “Check-Measure” program to verify that your seating will fit into your space before you order it- this alleviates the disappointment of a “no-fit!” (Often it’s not the actual room that presents the problem- but the “getting-in.”)

I had a great experience with Walter in purchasing my sofa. He was very informative and helped me narrow down an option to suit my needs. I went with a Nancy track arm sofa, in the Lido velvet fabric (#78), which is a deep green colour. I also got it with loose back pillows which is a very useful feature. The thing I like most about this sofa is how deep it is (39inches) which is great if you’re someone who likes to lay down comfortably. The couch was ready in a few weeks right on schedule and the delivery went smoothly. I would definitely recommend the Chesterfield Shop for anyone looking for a high quality sofa with great service.

I would like to share an incredible experience we had with the Chesterfield Shop. We went looking for recliners to replace our old ones we had for many years. After spending a lot of time with Walter we made a decision to buy 2 new recliners. He was very patient with us and took the time to help us make our choice. We received the new chairs but there was an issue that was not the responsibility of the Chesterfield Shop. I contacted them and they were so accommodating that I was ecstatic with their response. I am so happy that we got our new chairs from them. They sell great quality furniture and are very professional. If I could give 6 stars I would.

We had a good experience at the Chesterfield Shop on Dufferin. We were very indecisive and went to the store several times. We dealt with Marla Zimmerman who was very patient with us and provided us with information and advice to assist us in making our decision. She wasn't forceful and allowed us the time we needed to make our decision.

If you’re looking for good old fashion customer service, go see Marty and Walter at the Dufferin street location. Between the both of them they have over 50 years of experience. We had such a great experience when looking for a couch and island chairs. No pressure sales tactics and excellent advice.
