Nice store, the staff were very friendly and helpful, a bit on the higher end range. They do however, offer each item in a range of colours, fabrics, and leather, the items will be custom made for you. The stores are 100% Canadian owned, and all products are 100% Canadian made. A big shout-out to the sales rep Jane, she was extremely helpful and made my purchase pleasant.

We bought living room furniture here for 3 reasons, price, quality and Sepideh. Sepideh was brilliant, very patient and knowledgeable. The store has a wide variety of furniture to choose from. Sepideh was very helpful with finding what we wanted and choosing material quality and coffee table finishes. All in all a very easy and pleasant experience.

She knows the details of every piece of furniture in the store and assisted us until we found the exact pieces that met our needs. Update: The VP of Sales later contacted us to apologize for the communication issue and confirmed the rug had already arrived at the Newmarket store. We picked it up from the store, and the issue has now been resolved. ***** We purchased a sofa from Chesterfield Shop on Nov 23, 2025. The in-store experience was excellent. Our salesperson, Avery, was professional and patient, and the store arranged an on-site visit to make sure the sofa would fit properly in our basement. The staff member who came for the on-site visit was also very friendly. We received the sofa on Feb 4, 2026. The sofa itself is great — the quality is good and the delivery team was very professional. Up to this point, everything went smoothly. However, the experience afterwards has been extremely disappointing. At the time of purchase there was a promotion that included a rug, but it was not delivered with the sofa. The delivery team kindly noted “no rug delivered” on the delivery document. Since then, we have contacted customer service at least 10 times. Each time we were told they would check and call us back when the rug was available, but no one ever followed up. At the end of February we even asked them to deliver the rug to the Newmarket store so we could pick it up ourselves, but we still received no update. As of March 14, 2026, we have not received the rug or any follow-up. Our shopping and delivery experience was very good, but this unresolved issue and lack of communication make it difficult for us to recommend the store to others, even though we like the sofa itself.
