I just purchased several couches and chairs from the Chesterfield shop and was extremely satisfied with the range of available products and the service. Ryan and team are extremely knowledgeable and were able to walk me through all of my options so I got exactly what I was looking for. We just made a purchase from the Chesterfield Shop yesterday. It will take 10 weeks for delivery so I will comment on that experience at a later date. Our sales agent was Zoe. She was an absolute delight. Very personable and knowledgeable. I had been to other stores looking for furniture and their sales people knew nothing about what they we selling. I was so pleased when Zoe approached us. She knew her stuff and was not pushy at all. She worked with us to make sure we order what we were looking for and that would fit in our space. So far our experience has been very good!

Avery was low pressure but highly knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Our salesperson Sepideh at the Newmarket location was really helpful and informative and a very pleasant person to deal with. It made our sofa buying experience very enjoyable.

Dealing with Avery at the Chesterfield shop was the best retail experience I’ve ever had. I actually stumbled on this shop after intending to purchase something at a store nearby but felt I was profiled and ignored so I left. When I walked in the door at the chesterfield shop I was greeted by Avery in the warmest most welcoming way. He read me well and didn’t waste my time. He instantly understood what I was looking for and made the ordering process so easy. Picking fabric and other components was simple with Avery’s help. He left me to sit and contemplate and make sure I was comfortable. I left to think on it over night and went back a few days later to order. He somehow remembered exactly what I wanted and the purchase process was so easy. The only thing I was hesitant on was the long wait time but I was willing to wait to get exactly what I want. I was shocked when my sofa was ready for delivery in less than half the expected time. I was thrilled when the sofa came and the delivery men were so kind and courteous. They took great care with the sofa putting it in place and even leveled it to my crooked century home floors. They took all the packaging away and I now have the most beautiful sofa. I would have made this review a lot sooner but I wanted to wait until the loop was closed so that I could share my entire experience. I highly recommend this shop. Sales, customer service, delivery, manufacturing, all 5 stars.

My husband and I were blown away by Chesterfield’s ability to fully customize every piece of furniture in their shop. Our sales representative Jane was an absolute pleasure to work with to find what we needed. She is highly knowledgeable on all of the products and was so easy to talk through ideas and concepts with. She gave us great recommendations based on our needs and we left feeling well taken care of! Overall we had an amazing experience and are so excited for our couch and recliner Jane helped us to find! My partner and I visited a ton of furniture stores, everything from big-box retailers to custom couch shops, trying to find a sofa that would actually fit our space. Many of the places we visited only had sofas with low backrests (apparently that’s what a lot of companies only offer these days) which looked nice but weren’t comfortable at all. Most stores seemed far more focused on making a sale than helping us find the right piece.

The Chesterfield Shop and Jane Baker were a true game changer. Jane was patient, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our layout, needs and preferences. Her background as an interior designer made a huge difference. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and clearly well-informed. We never felt pressured, just supported.

Jane helped us find a sofa that not only has a supportive backrest our heads can actually relax on, but also looks great in our space and is extremely comfortable. We got it on Friday and spent the entire weekend on it - we’re so happy with this sofa. Thank you, Jane!!
