We had an amazing experience purchasing our new sofa at the Chesterfield shop in Newmarket. Zoe went above and beyond while assisting us and helping to navigate the multiple options available. She is very knowledgeable, carrying and focused on our preferences.

We haven’t received our piece yet but we are confident it will serve us well for many years to come. I’ll update this review if there is anything notable after the delivery.

We have just purchased a sofa and love seat from the Chesterfield Shop. We had gone into the store for a quick look. The customer service person, Zoe Zhang, was very helpful. She quickly understood what we wanted and our design preferences and recommended a number of Canadian-made sofas for us to check out. So we ended up making the purchase on the spot.

I have to say, the Chesterfield Shop is the place to go for furniture. Avery helped us to pick out a beautiful couch that was exactly what we were looking for. His customer service is top notch and I would recommend anyone who is looking for furniture to go see Avery.

We recently purchased two chairs from The Chesterfield shop in Newmarket. Our design consultant, Sepideh Arabzadeh was a pleasure to deal with. She greeted us as we entered the store; asked us what we were shopping for; pointed us in the right direction, then gave us space to browse. She would occasionally check with us to see if we had questions and would offer suggestions. She was also very helpful with picking fabric and a colour for our chairs. We are looking forward to the arrival of our new chairs and would definitely deal with Sepideh in the future.

I had been looking for a new condo sized sofa for quite a while when my daughter and I stopped into The Chesterfield Shop in Newmarket early last year. Jane Baker came over and showed us the different options they had in the store. Almost immediately, I found exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, we had to wait due to ongoing elevator renovations in our condo.

Imagine my delight when I contacted Jane again a week ago and found that, not only did they still have the same model, but there was a bit of a sale going on. I have just come back from Newmarket after placing my order with Jane for the couch as well as a chair to go with it.

Jane was just wonderful to work with; she knows her stuff extremely well and offered me great insight regarding fabric choices. Should we need anything else in future, I would return without hesitation. I highly recommend The Chesterfield Shop, and in particular, Jane Baker.
