Jasmina is an excellent sales person and was very helpful during our selection process. We purchased a custom made leather sofa and three swivel chairs in fabric. Unfortunately when the chairs arrived the fabric was different than what we ordered. The manager did her best to resolve the issue for us but due to die lot issues there was no easy solution. We also had an issue with the base of one chair which they addressed and the service technician was great. Considering the challenges faced with our purchase they did the best they could to provide service. We can't give a 5 star review because we didn't get exactly what we ordered but give them credit for doing everything they could to address the issues. We would still recommend them for new seating but would warn people to expect significant colour variations in colour from what they order to what they may receive.
