My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at the Chesterfield shop with Dennis. He is very knowledgeable and asked questions to better understand our needs. We had expected to shop around and compare prices and models from different manufacturers, but we really enjoyed the customer service at the Chesterfield shop and ultimately decided that we didn't need to shop around at all because their quality and prices were really great, and we wanted to support local and Canadian manufacturers in the end. They also have a ton of colours and textures for couches, all around excellent experience.

After tirelessly searching for a new couch at a lot of common retailers, I stumbled upon this store running errands and I am extremely grateful I did! Service from the sales associate Jasmina was exceptional. We found our dream couch at a great value, you can tell why they have been in business for so long. I highly recommend this place, so many options for all styles and budgets and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Superb buying experience at Chesterfield Shop. Able to browse freely and with no pressure. When we zeroed in on a sofa and love seat we liked, Sandra, the sales associate we dealt with, was a font of knowledge, and very helpful and patient with us as poured through fabric possibilities. Ended up buying a sofa, love seat, and two arm chairs. Over the years despite having looked at many other stores, we keep having luck at Chesterfield Shop for our many furniture purchases.
