We took our time looking for a couch and we are extremely pleased with our decision to purchase from the Chesterfield Shop. The customer service was excellent (Sandra from Mississauga location) from choosing a style of couch, to assistance with picking out fabric, and delivery. The delivery folks were great too and we got our couch early which was a bonus. The couch looks perfect, fits perfect and is really comfortable. We can't speak to the longevity of the couch, but we are confident it will last based on the experience we've had from beginning to end with the Chesterfield Shop. Would highly recommend purchasing from this store.

Great company, great cusotmer service. However, under no circumstances, deal with their third party finance company Fairstone. Horrible company, and I advised Chesterfiled shop to stop dealing with them. Hopefully they listen.
