Great company, great cusotmer service. However, under no circumstances, deal with their third party finance company Fairstone. Horrible company, and I advised Chesterfiled shop to stop dealing with them. Hopefully they listen.

Going into a furniture store has been intimidating for both finding the right fit for my living-room & sales intimidation- UNTIL I found The Chesterfield Store & their team. Here you will find the team supports each other, and adapt quickly to find what will fit your space, ask the right questions, and listens. They know their products, they find what fits and have many options to choose from. I felt so comfortable with the sales team.
I was able to pick the foam density, colour, texture, arms….choices!
Not sure how the sectional will hold up over time but this shop has good reviews on their furniture quality, they are Canadian owned, and the furniture is Canadian made. Black Friday prices were great, price was reasonable, and they will take your old couch to the curb for you. Base Warranty 5 yrs instead of 1.
Sandra and Tina were awesome! I spoke with both, but felt like they were a tag team duo.
This is my first purchase from them, but if the sectional holds up, it won’t be my last!
