I waited until we received our couch to post a review. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience: from the selection process through choosing the fabric and then taking delivery. The couch was made locally in Ontario and delivered before the expected date. Couldn't be happier.

Brought my Dad in to buy a recliner and sofa recliner. Was greeted by Dennis who was patient, respectful and not at all pushy (rare to see these days). He showed us some choices and we purchased an amazing recliner and sofa at a good price. Ended up sending my in-laws next day and they bought 2 recliners and a sofa and my sister also purchased a recliner that day also. We've always bought our sofa's there mainly due to the quality (Canadian made) but service is just as important.
