My couch shopping was very fast, fun ,comfortable and bittersweet. Sales rep Sandra made this entire experience one that I will always cherish. She was very patient with me as someone who does not know anything about furniture as a young female I felt very at ease and comfortable with Sandra. She was very welcoming, whimsical and grounded. She allowed me to voice my concerns, and my opinion she was not just focused on making a sale. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and is a very active listener, she always greeted me with a smile, in fact at one point, I truly thought she was the manager based on how knowledgeable, and how she carried herself. I was very conflicted with what I wanted and with the time crunch of trying to catch their Boxing Day sale in time was also of concern but Sandra gave opinions, offered me samples to test out and even went as far as using chat gpt for me to have a visual idea of the styles that I was conflicted on.She offered many other tactics with helping me to discover my style which were all very helpful. She was very patient with me, She understood my concerns, she was selfless when needed to be which provided me the safe space to making my own decisions while at the same time, not feeling like I was in it all alone by myself having to figure out everything by myself as she was there ready to help me wherever needed. Sandra has personality and she was her true self, it is very refreshing to have someone in a profession that is sales driven to have personality and bring their genuine selves forward rather than being the typical false generic robotic “sales professional”. Sandra, It was a delight meeting you and working with you. I had so much fun for such a situation that is typically stressful. I felt comfortable with the advices that I was provided with and I appreciate you going above and beyond with the different tactics with helping me along the way. I also appreciate your transparency. I appreciate you being you! This experience was so fast which made it bittersweet as I enjoyed every bit of it. I definitely will be recommending you and already looking forward to my next buy with you! Thanks again and May God continue to bless you💚

After visiting two other furniture stores, we went to The Chesterfield Shop looking for a sofa-sectional. The quality of the sofas here was obviously much higher than the ones in the previous shops we had visited. We had very specific demands and Jasmina very quickly helped us find some excellent choices. She helped us plan something appropriate for our small space and was patient with us as we went through all of the fabric and colour choices available. Overall, we had a great experience making our purchase and we're looking forward to the delivery!

Great store. Good quality. we got 20% off for boxing day sale. David Zworth, our sales professional was very informative and made us feel very comfortable with our decisions and gave us time to make the decisions. Never felt pressured at any time. Well done. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in future. Thanks for the good experience. Not thrilled with the delivery charge of $250. Other than that, great experience. 🙂 👏👏

Amal was wonderful, showed us a handful of options. She was informative has a background in interior design and was able to answer ALL my questions. She also took her time to provide decor ideas for the space I’m looking at - bonus, as a well established business, there. Are. Options. And the quality seems to be superior than a number of furniture places we’ve been to in the area!

The Chesterfield Shop has a fantastic selection of couches that will shine in any home. We are very happy with the three sofa, love seat & ottoman trio we selected. Dennis helped us every step of the way & was effortlessly helpful & very kind. Would recommend this store to everyone.
