I bought a leather couch, chair and recliner over 20 years ago from the Chesterfield shop.The furniture is in excellent condition. I needed to put legs on the furniture to make it easier for my family and guests to get in and out of the chair and couch. Sandra Broglio was very helpful in suggesting the proper legs to match the furniture and ordering them and ensuring I got the legs in a timely manner. Sandra great job! Thank you!

For starters, I've had great experience with the Chesterfield Shop over the years and it was no different when I visited the store yesterday to purchase a sofa chair. Jasmine, the Design Consultant of the store did an exemplary job in showing me the different sofa chairs available to suit my needs. She was very knowledgeable and was detailed in her explanation of the various materials and specifications of each sofa chair that I looked at. It was worth noting that unlike representatives in other stores, she allowed me to take my time in deciding which piece should I go with and did not rush - very refreshing to observe that. I would highly recommend this store as a place to buy high quality sofas and sofa chairs!!

Good selection, but most importantly they have American Leather sleepers, which are considered one of the best on the market. Very few places in Canada have these couches.
Jasmina was very helpful and quick to make everything necessary for a smooth purchase process.

We had a warm welcome from Jasmina when we arrived at the Dundas store in Mississauga. We were looking for a sofa and loveseat with four built in recliners. Jasmina listened to our needs and showed us a number of options that could work for us. She provided helpful advice as we tried out different seat backs, cushion firmness, lumbar supports, leg rests and more. We ultimately found what suited us best and then there was a wide choice of coverings in either leather, fabric, or a combination. We went home, thought about it, and came back two days later. Jasmina again helped us by discussing additional options and what we could expect after ordering.

There was never any pressure to buy, either in general or a specific option -- no "trial closes" like you get in some places. The process was relaxed and we were happy with the outcome. Because our units are being customized, we are now just waiting for them to be built in Quebec and delivered. We are looking forward to it.
