We were steered to The Chesterfield Shop by the furniture manufacturer. We met Denis Thomson, who was patient with all our questions and indecision. He was very helpful and we are happy with our choices. I would give Denis 5 stars. We had to go back to Brentwood Classics, the manufacturer, to see the full range of fabric choices. Be aware that the Chesterfield Shop only carriers a limited selection of the available Brentwood styles and fabrics. Make sure Denis lets you know that other choices are available.

As many clients have already noticed, Vanessa is a remarcable person who is beyond excellent at her job. She is not a sales person but rather a professional designer with a very interesting and unique vision of interior. She knows not only what her company has to offer but also the tredns in furniture in general. Her customer-facing skills are exceptional. The quality of Chesterfield sofas is also incredible. I bought my first sofa-bed in 2014 and it still looks great, no mechanical problems whatsoever. For this reason I ordered the two sofas for my new house from them. It is worth noting that they offer many services during the 'life" of the piece of furniture. I also wanted to emphasize that their delivery is impressive. This is by far the most professional delivery I've ever had. You can get in touch with the store any time, they are in direct communication with the drivers, they can customize even the hour of the day when the furniture is delivered. The quality of the delivery itself is really top-notch. The guys were very accomodating, professional, and helpful.
