Darya, was the Design Consultant that helped me with my purchase. She showed me around, asked specific questions and took me to sofas she thought fitted my needs, she knew where every piece was. Once I picked the sofa, she offered her opinion on leathers and colour choices. She was great, start to finish, thank you. This was not my first time at The Chesterfield Shop and it won’t be my last.

Great experience at the Yonge/Eglinton location. Got a new sectional was Vanessa was super helpful. Helped us pick the right fabric for our lifestyle and what we were looking for. Also great that we could specify the exact delivery date to align with our move-in date. Thanks Chesterfield Shop!

After visiting several other furniture stores without much success, we decided to try the Chesterfield Shop and were immediately impressed by the different more relaxed atmosphere. We were assisted by Olga who was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store and patiently took us through all the sofas, answered all our questions in a patient and friendly manner and went out of her way to ensure that we had the right sofa for our needs without any hard sell. Even when we had second thoughts about our original choice, she was happy to go over everything all over again without complaint to make sure that we were happy and confident in our final decision and there was never any pressure to make up our minds. The owner, Steve was also very helpful in assisting us to make an informed decision that we would be happy with. Not many owners would go to that trouble. This was a superior level of customer service and flexibility that we had not experienced anywhere else and we are now looking forward to taking delivery of our nice new sofa.

Shopping for my new furniture at the Chesterfield Shop in Newmarket was an absolute pleasure. Karen was so warm and helpful. She took her time and made sure i got the perfect sectional for my space. I highly recommend working with Karen at the Chesterfield Shop!

Update: The furniture seems to be delayed by 4-6 weeks so lowering the rating. Will update again depending on when we get it delivered.We needed to purchase a sofa and an accent chair. Natasha guided us through the whole process and gave really good recommendations. We are very happy with the service provided.

Had a great experience at the Chesterfieldld shop. I have been looking for a new recliner for a couple of months checking out the manufacturers and retailers and found the Chesterfield shop on the Palliser website. The selection is amazing. My sales lady Amal Hamady was very helpful in explaining the different options and then showing the recliners that most met my requirements and making suggestions as to colour and expected availability. They even had one in inventory that was exactly what I was looking for. It was delivered and set up the next day.Thank you for your excellent service.
