Our last-mile White Glove Delivery spans a huge catch-basin from east to west, north to south, including a vast circumference of cottage country. We will assemble and place your new seating, remove the packaging and take your old piece to the curb.

With over 40,000 square feet of beautiful showroom, including a comprehensive Clearance Section (one-of-a-kinds at marked-down pricing), it’s hard to find a bigger selection of contemporary and modern seating under one roof. The Chesterfield Shop specializes in City-Size™ Seating, manufactured to sit perfectly- and fit perfectly- into condos, apartments, lofts, basements. If your space feels irregular, the elevator is small, the door frames appear narrow or you are concerned about a tight fit, we will have a solution for you.

Additionally, we offer a complimentary “Check-Measure” program to verify that your seating will fit into your space before you order it- this alleviates the disappointment of a “no-fit!” (Often it’s not the actual room that presents the problem- but the “getting-in.”)

We came into the Chesterfiled Shop ant Dufferin and Steeles and we were welcomed by Walter. Walter was friendly and patient while we looked at every single sofa they had in store. He was happy to answer any and all questions and even asked us some questions we hadn’t considered, like the height and width of our elevator door.We found a beautiful set in stock which was great as we were on a time crunch. Our sofa and chair was delivered in perfect condition by Augustine who was on time, quick, professional and even took the garbage with him! A great perk of the delivery service.I would definitely recommend shopping for your furniture here, and I know I’ll be back in the future.

We went to the Chesterfield Shop in search of a couch this winter and had an amazing experience. My husband and I have both agreed this experience was actually one of the best furniture buying experiences we have ever had. Yetunde was the sales associate who helped us discover the perfect couch for our apartment and my anxiety! She never pressured us but was able to answer all our questions and allowed us to make the most informed decision we could. She was a dream to work with, and we highly recommend everyone should go see her to get your dream furniture. We ended up coming back for our couch and specially going to her, because we couldn't image anyone better. Our experience with Chesterfield only got better once it came to us having our couch delivered. They were in contact with us a few times to keep us posted on the expected finish date for our couch. They were also very prompt in setting up a delivery date and window for us. On the day of our delivery, we had the best delivery experience ever, with the two gentleman who brought our couch and set it up for us. What seemed like common practice to them, felt like them going above and beyond to us. They were considerate, professional, friendly, and so fast! I could not recommend them or chesterfield enough! Yetunde and the delivery man deserve a bonus for sure!

David Zworth is an amazing Sales Professional and here is my honest opinion. Today we zipped into the Chesterfield Shop on Dufferin (1 of 3 shops on our list to compare prices) to buy a recliner for my dear 90 year young Mum!!! David asked me 3 questions politely and I replied with exactly what we were looking for as we are in a hurry driving a pickup truck!!!He listened to my likes and dislikes and promptly showed us 6 recliners out of about 30. We bought several times over many years at The Chesterfield Shop as have all our family members. You really do get a quality piece for a fair price. Today however, I wanted to comment on something that really never gets mentioned unless it has been poor. ..delivery. We had an amazing delivery of a large four seater couch that of course had to come in through a narrow space and go down a tricky staircase. Augustine was by far the best delivery person. He could have gotten the couch in and down the stairs but he decided to spend extra time and care to disassemble the couch and put it back together with such care that I feel it is probably better put together now than it was at the factory. Augustine is so personable and knowledgeable in his job and I hope that The Chesterfield Shop appreciates what a gem they have in Augustine.

We just purchased our 4th couch from the Chesterfield Shop.The quality and selection is what always brings us back...plus, the possibility of finding something great in the clearance section :)This last time I was there I had the GREATEST salesperson ever.Her name was Ye (pronounced Yay) Our last purchase was a bit of a colour blunder so I was concerned this time around. Te brought out all kinds of sample fabrics that could resemble my living room colours then held them up next to the leather swatches of the options I was considering. It was soooo helpful...and it was also so nice to feel like I was in the hands of someone who knows about interior design.She was really personable and I never had that "salesperson-uch" feeling. Bought a motion leather recliner couch less than 8 years ago. We've had to have a repairman here 3 times for mechanical problems,all under warranty. Just two of us, seniors, no kids and only use it in the evening. Neither of us weigh alot at all. Now both seats need redoing and nothing is covered under warranty. It was almost 2,600. Not a scratch on it. Looks like new. Now we either have to buy a new one or repair it for 1,000. Should have lasted longer for the amount of time we use it.If it wasn't for this big problem I would have given them 5 stars. The service when we bought it was terrific. People were great.

He was low-key, very helpful and you didn't feel like you were being pressured to buy anything. He showed us all the options , the various styles, the materials etc. He was really knowledgeable! We bought a sofa bed quickly. He arranged a quick delivery, and even that went smoothly! Fast and efficient. We needed the sofa bed in a few days!
