We just purchased a sofa bed from the Chesterfield Shop on King and cannot say enough wonderful things about the store and staff. They have a great selection and the staff is so knowledgeable. Hinal especially was so kind and honest with us about what sofa bed was best for our needs. She was so easy and lovely to work with and we are already thinking about returning to see her for some more pieces for our living room.

We had bought our previous sofa from one of their competitors and were pretty disappointed in the quality of their product. We recently bought a new couch from the Chesterfield shop. Ordered it around Black Friday and it arrived mid-January. We are extremely happy with our purchase and especially want to call out the wonderful support and help of Stephan Grill at the store. We changed our minds after putting in our deposit and he was very accommodating on changing things for us as well as always available and prompt in his responses. Don’t let the unfortunate website fool you. I almost didn’t even bother to visit if it weren’t for the number of glowing recommendations I received from my local Facebook parenting group. We had visited so many stores and sat on so many sofas. When we walked into this store it was a full-body YES. Every single value point in this store was miles above the competition. Let me count the ways: The selection of classic and contemporary styles and performance fabrics was incredible. I mean really customizable, like pick your arm style, leg style, leg colour, chaise, extra middle seat, pull out bed etc. SO many permutations. The flexibility in terms of modular options made it so much easier for us to find something perfectly sized for our small awkward space. Prices are surprisingly reasonable compared to the competition, AND when you factor in the fact they manufacture in Toronto and offer a 5 year unlimited guarantee for a small added fee, I had zero hesitation. The service was friendly and relaxed. Run, don’t walk, if you’re in the market for your next sofa! Stephan was a fabulous salesperson. Highly recommend!
